Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: GT Manager at 4.6 against Draftmaster 2's 3.8. GT Manager also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). Draftmaster 2's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (69% vs 45%). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. GT Manager sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Draftmaster 2 sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
GT Manager holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1.3K and 616 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 45% of GT Manager's written reviews are positive against 69% of Draftmaster 2's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
GT Manager ships an update fortnightly, Draftmaster 2 monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
