A few minutes a day for your wellbeing. The music changes with you, and with the hour. Arogya chooses one piece of Indian classical music each time you open it, matched to your own natural tendencies and to the time of day. Morning music is not evening music. What settles a restless mind is not what lifts a heavy one. Find your type in about two minutes. Eighteen questions, and you can skip them and come back whenever you like. You'll see your balance of three energies, Wind, Fire and Earth, as percentages rather than a single label. In Ayurveda, the traditional Indian approach to wellbeing, these are called Vāta, Pitta and Kapha. Most people are a blend. Retake the quiz whenever it stops feeling true. Then listen. There is nothing to do while it plays. Close your eyes, or let it run while you carry on with your day. Set a daily reminder at a time that suits you, and when it arrives, one tap starts the music. The recordings are ragas: melodic forms that North Indian classical musicians have matched to particular hours of the day for centuries. A dawn raga and a dusk raga are genuinely different pieces of music, and Arogya tells you which one you're hearing and why. Sessions run six, twelve or twenty minutes. Every recording is a licensed studio performance and plays offline. Layer rain, ocean or a campfire underneath if you like. Your day, read honestly. Connect Apple Health and Arogya reads your heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep, blood oxygen and steps. The raw readings stay on your device. The Arogya Index is a daily score out of 100, blended from your heart-rate variability, your sleep, how settled your resting heart rate is, how consistently you've kept up your practice, and how you say you're feeling. It appears only when Apple Health holds a heart-rate-variability reading, usually from an Apple Watch. Without one there is no score, and everything else in the app works as normal. Arogya reads from Apple Health. It never writes anything back. What we won't claim. No frequency claims. No promise that a particular tone treats a particular ailment. Where a piece is chosen for its mood rather than its traditional hour, we say so on the card. The quiz is a self-assessment, not a diagnosis. The daily score is a wellness score, not a medical measurement. Free, and what isn't. The quiz and your type, the piece chosen for the current hour, as often as you like, the daily check-in, daily reminders, and the Arogya Index once Apple Health holds a heart-rate-variability reading. All free, always. Premium unlocks the full library so you can choose any recording at any hour, daily guidance shaped by your type, weekly trends, and your personal heart-rate-variability baseline. Fourteen days free for eligible new subscribers, and the price is shown clearly before the trial starts. The trial is that long on purpose: Arogya needs about two weeks of readings before it knows your own baseline rather than a population average, and a shorter trial would end before the app is really working. Privacy. Your quiz answers and raw health readings never leave your device. Figures derived from them are shared only if you separately opt in. Delete your account from inside the app; you have seven days to change your mind. Terms of Use: https://getarogya.com/terms Privacy Policy: https://getarogya.com/privacy
