This application is for an academic research study about how random daily messages influence participants' motivation to increase their physical activity. The purpose of this application is to receive messages sent at random times each day that provide motivation to increase physical activity. When you first open the app, you will be prompted to login with a username give to you by the research team. After login please complete: 1. Allow notifications: You must select "Allow" 2. Always allow location: You must select "Always Allow" You will begin receiving randomly scheduled messages the next day. Opening the application presents a home screen. There is no other user-facing functionality aside from receiving messages.

**NOTE: The NORTH app is provided as part of a research study hosted by the University of Washington (IRB #STUDY00009039) and can only be accessed by the study team and active study participants that have provided informed consent. The app will only collect information from individuals who access the app with a login and password provided through this channel. No personal identifiers are stored within the app, and linking data to a specific individual can only be done with a key kept by the research team.** NORTH is a self-guided wellness tool developed for young adults at risk for or currently experiencing symptoms of psychosis, such as hearing voices or having confusing or distressing thoughts. NORTH provides support in improving or maintaining mental wellness and coping with symptoms and stress.
