Gio Trains

Every hero starts at zero. Gio Trains turns beginner bodyweight training into a pixel-art adventure with three independent paths: pushups, situps and squats. START WHERE YOU ARE Can't do a floor pushup yet? Begin with wall pushups, small controlled curl-ups and supported sit-to-stands from a stable chair. Each path moves through easier variations toward the full movement. Already comfortable with a movement? The optional Find my level workout lets you choose a familiar variation and try up to two short, controlled sets. SMALL QUESTS THAT ADAPT • Three training days a week by default, with recovery between sessions of the same exercise • Follow the movement guide, do your sets and confirm only the reps you complete • Tell Gio how it felt: your next quest holds, eases or steps up based on your feedback • Each exercise has its own path, so a setback in one never resets the others • Rest timers, reminders you control and streaks that respect recovery days RECOVERY IS PART OF THE QUEST Need a rest? Choose recovery. Feel pain? Stop the movement and pause that exercise. Completed reps stay yours. For persistent or recurring pain, seek advice from a qualified professional. BIG GOALS, NO DEADLINE The Hero challenges are 100 consecutive floor pushups, 200 consecutive full situps and 100 consecutive bodyweight squats. They are long-term challenges, not promises about how fast your body will change. Gio Trains is for generally healthy adults. It is not medical advice or injury rehabilitation. FREE The full iPhone campaign is free: all three paths and beginner variations, adaptive quests, level checks, movement guides, recovery, progress, achievements, schedules, reminders, all twelve languages, and encrypted backup files you manage yourself with a recovery code. Training works offline. GIO CREW: FREE, WITH FRIENDS Start a private crew of up to 6 people and invite friends by link or code. Each invitation works once and expires after 7 days. Shared training days move your crew through chapters together. You choose what to share, and friends can cheer on your training days and milestones. No public profiles or leaderboards. Custom portraits and frames need Pro. GIO TRAINS PRO: ONE-TIME PURCHASE • Apple Watch workouts and complications • Optional workout export to Apple Health, only after you turn it on • A private training journal • Weekly and monthly Hero reports to share • Custom Crew portraits and frames • Optional Pro-wrestler talk: playful and profanity-free. Pain and recovery always get clear, supportive guidance. Pro is not a subscription. Restore it any time with your Apple purchase. GIO CLOUD BACKUP: OPTIONAL ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION Separate from Pro, with a one-month free trial for new subscribers. Sign in with Apple to keep up to 30 private versions of your progress, encrypted on your iPhone before upload. Restoring needs your recovery code. Requires iPhone with iOS 18 or later. Apple Watch workouts require watchOS 11 or later and Pro. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://giotrains.pme.it/en/privacy/
