Walk a room with your iPhone. A minute later, you have it — an interactive 3D model and a floor plan accurate to the centimeter. No tape measure, no account, no cloud. MagicRoom uses the LiDAR scanner on iPhone Pro to map walls, doors, windows, and furniture as you move, then assembles everything into a clean model you can measure, explore, and share. ONE SCAN, EVERY VIEW • Interactive 3D model — orbit, zoom, hide furniture to see the structure • Dimensioned 2D floor plan with door swings, windows, and a compass • Flip between them like tabs; rotate the plan or snap it north-up • Scan several rooms in a row and merge them into one home EVERYTHING IS MEASURED • Wall lengths, floor area, ceiling height — automatically • Tap any two points on the plan to measure the distance • Furniture recognized and sized: sofas, beds, tables, and more KNOW YOUR LIGHT • Every scan captures true north • Scrub through the day and seasons to watch real sunlight fall through your actual windows — summer, equinox, or winter TAKE IT ANYWHERE • USDZ models for AR Quick Look, Blender, and 3D tools • Floor plan PDFs ready for architects, landlords, or contractors • Raw JSON with every measurement, for developers • View any room in AR, at full scale, right where you stand YOURS, PRIVATELY Everything happens on your iPhone — scanning, modeling, even the optional room assistant (Apple Intelligence). Nothing is uploaded. No account is required. iCloud sync is optional and uses your own private iCloud. Scanning requires the LiDAR sensor (iPhone 12 Pro or later Pro models, iPad Pro 2020 or later).
