This application allows Real Construction to hire installation workers throughout CA, NV and AZ and maintain day-to-day business operation. To be able to use it, you need to be hired first, answering all required questions, providing resume, having further phone interview. If HR Department decides that you meet all company requirements, you will receive a full access to the application. All approved to proceed workers would need to provide state issued ID, social security card, signed W-4 and I-9 to comply federal, state and local regulations.
