About

Daily Scale

Daily Scale is an easy way to track your daily caloric balance. It tracks the calories you burn (active and inactive) along with the calories that you log into the app to give you an idea of how many calories you're either burning or consuming on any given day. Daily Scale links to your Apple Health app (HealthKit) in order to display active calories burned, active calories burned, and weight. Any metrics you log to Daily Scale (meals, weights) are also recorded in your Apple Health app (and will remain there even if you decide to delete the Daily Scale). It should be noted that the app works best when the user wears an Apple Watch on a regular basis in order to calculate how many calories are being burned (Apple Watch use strongly encouraged)

About

Ork

Features

Ork is a free AI calorie counter that learns from your body. Snap a photo of your food or describe it in your own words. Ork works out calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber and 15 micronutrients in seconds. With an Apple Watch you also get your energy level, sleep and recovery in the same app. FREE, NO PAYWALL Ork is completely free. No ads, and no trial that turns into a subscription. We never sell your data. A CALORIE TARGET THAT ADAPTS Calorie formulas can be off by 10โ€“15 percent. Ork compares your target with how your weight actually changes. It adjusts the target when the gap is bigger than your weight's normal swings, and it always tells you when it does. If you'd rather decide yourself, you can set a custom calorie target. AI FOOD LOGGING Snap your plate or type "two eggs and a cheese sandwich". Adjust portions, split recipes into servings and quickly re-log your recent meals. YOUR NUTRITION COACH Every day you get a personal analysis of how you eat. It covers protein, fiber, energy balance and the nutrients you're short on, with concrete ideas for what to eat. BLOOD TEST RESULTS Take a photo of your blood test results. Ork reads the values, shows them against their reference ranges and tracks them over time. It links them to your diet, for example iron and ferritin. ENERGY, SLEEP AND RECOVERY (APPLE WATCH) Using Apple Watch data, Ork calculates your energy level from 0 to 100 based on sleep, heart rate, HRV, activity and recovery. You see sleep stages, daily strain and long-term trends, and you get a morning report every day. WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH Ork saves nutrition data to Apple Health and reads your weight from your smart scale. Home Screen widgets show energy, calories and protein. Medical disclaimer: Ork is a health and wellness app and is not a medical device. It does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a doctor or other qualified healthcare provider before making any health decisions or acting on information provided in the app.
