The employee can attend a WiFi, GPS, selfie, or QR check-in in OT-HR. The OT-HR attendance module helps organizations make strategic decisions based on accurately reported data. OT-HR is calculated for overtime hours by comparing the standard working hour and actual total working hours. Employees can easily request their overtime hours to overcome the conflict between HR and employees in OT-HR. Moreover, the employees can easily check their remaining leaves without conflict with HR.
