Multiple strategies to reduce your screentime 1. Delay before opening your app: A bit of time before choosing if you need to open your distracting app. You can have the wait time increase each time you open your app. 2. Interrupt your scrolling: Check your distracting apps for short periods of time so you don't get sucked in. 3. Set an app goal and optionally block when you reach your limit. 4. Configurable for different days of the week and time by app. 5. Messages like "Is this important" before opening your app. 6. See your screen time for only your distracting apps. Don't worry about Google Maps bloating up your time. 7. Strict block your apps: Either for time ranges, after a certain number of opens or ScreenTime. 8. Locks on Settings to prevent you from changing your settings when you want to open an app. 9. Breathing and other activities to encourage you not to need to open the app while waiting for it to unlock. 10. Streaks to encourage you not to exceed your limits or override your settings.

Harbor is a screen-time blocker built around support from someone you trust. Choose an Anchor—a friend or family member who can encourage you or approve requests for additional screen time—while the rest of your phone activity stays private. ACCOUNTABILITY THAT FITS YOU Harbor offers two Anchor-supported levels: • Anchor Message adds a moment of reflection. When you decide to unblock distracting apps, you send your Anchor a short explanation. Your Anchor is informed, but approval is not required. • Anchor Block adds stronger accountability. When you ask for additional time or try to end a block early, your selected Anchor can approve or decline the request. Prefer to manage things yourself? Flexible mode keeps control entirely in your hands. PRIVATE BY DESIGN An Anchor is there to support your choices—not monitor your phone. Your Anchor cannot see your selected apps, Screen Time activity, browsing history, messages, location, or what you do on your device. They only see the requests and accountability messages you choose to send, along with whether a request is pending, approved, or declined. LIMITS THAT WORK IN REAL LIFE • Block distracting apps when you need space to focus • Set daily usage limits and recurring schedules • Request 5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes of temporary access • Extend approved access without reblocking first • Use limited direct unlocks as an emergency option • Get a personalized starter plan based on your goals • Compare today’s Screen Time with your usual usage HARBOR PLUS Harbor Plus adds Anchor Block, location-based schedules, additional limits and schedules, and more customization. Choose a monthly subscription or lifetime purchase. Harbor uses Apple’s Screen Time technology. Screen Time permission is required for app blocking and usage limits. An internet connection and Harbor account are required for live Anchor features. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
