This app is intended for schoolchildren and at the same time serves as a guide for regular visitors who do not read Dutch or speak English on their journey through Portlantis: the experience centre about the port of Rotterdam. Audio in five languages help interpret the physical elements on the four floors of Portlantis. The app also translates the tours offered outside Portlantis on the water or by bus. Scholars will find both fun and challenging assignments during their visit to Portlantis. Discover the port In Portlantis, you discover Europe's most modern and largest port. Four floors take you into the port of today, of the future and make the impact of the port tangible. Outside, there is also plenty to see, learn and discover. Be guided In Portlantis, a world opens up to you. You can immerse yourself in the port in many different ways. From games and simulations to experiences in 360° and chemical and technical experiments. From beautiful film images to additional information offered via augmented reality. Those in need of being taken in tow opt for the audio tour, with a choice of five different languages. You will get a detailed and clear explanation of every part of the exhibition.
