About

Alivid

Alivid is a personal health dashboard that brings together everything you already track (Apple Health, Garmin, Strava, meals, manual logs, goals) into one calm, beautifully designed app. No clutter. No social feed. Just your data, the patterns inside it, and an AI coach who has read every line. What Alivid Does: • Connects to Apple Health to pull weight, sleep, heart rate, HRV, VO₂ max, steps, and workouts on-device. Your Apple Watch nights and smart-scale weigh-ins land in Alivid alongside the rest. • Connects to Garmin and Strava for richer workout data, daily activity, and recovery metrics. • Lets you log meals by typing what you ate or snapping a photo — the AI estimates calories and macros, you confirm. • Surfaces trends across every metric on a clean dashboard. Drill into any chart to see a specific day, edit values, or compare timeframes. • Generates a weekly recap every Sunday that summarizes how the week actually went and quietly nudges you on what to try next. • Sends gentle proactive check-ins when something material changes: a sleep dip, a rise in resting heart rate, a week without movement. Quiet hours respected. Meet Omni: Your AI Coach: Omni is the chat at the center of Alivid. Unlike a generic AI assistant, Omni has read every data point in your account. Ask it anything: "Why am I tired this week?", "Plan tomorrow's meals around hitting 140g of protein", "Should I lift today or rest?" Omni answers from what it actually knows about you. Omni also remembers everything. When you tell it something material ("I'm cutting sugar for the next 8 weeks", "Bad shoulder, no overhead pressing"), it saves a short factual memory and references it in future conversations. You can review or delete any memory at any time in Settings. PRIVACY: Alivid is built around the idea that your health data belongs to you. Nothing is sold, nothing is used to train AI models, nothing leaves your account except where you explicitly connect a service. Apple Health data is read on-device only. We never see your HealthKit data on a server-to-server basis. Read the full privacy policy at alivid.app/privacy. WHAT YOU'LL NEED • An Apple ID and iOS 15.1 or later. Apple Watch is optional but recommended. • A Garmin Connect or Strava account if you want auto-imported workouts. You can also log everything manually. ALIVID IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE Alivid is a personal-tracking tool, not a medical device. Information shown in the app and conversations with Omni are not medical advice. For any health concern, talk to a doctor. Questions or feedback? Email hello@alivid.app.
