Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Valabasas at 4.9 against Adamans's 4.6. Valabasas also leads on ratings volume (9.1K vs 518). Adamans's advantage is review sentiment (72% vs 58%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Valabasas holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Valabasas has 9.1K ratings behind it against 518, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of Valabasas's written reviews are positive against 72% of Adamans's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Valabasas ships an update every 6 weeks, Adamans monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
