Project Rainbow is a free, on-demand video app from Cook County that brings together more than two dozen world-class cultural institutions, museums, nonprofits, and community partners in one place. Designed for children and families, it offers engaging, educational multimedia content that helps users discover, learn, and explore together. Created to inform, inspire, and make a lasting impact, Project Rainbow also features content developed with the guidance of award-winning educators, including Illinois state-certified teacher evaluators.
