Do one Dooly a day to make progress the simple way! WHAT IS A DOOLY? A Dooly is anything you want to do — whether it's a recurring task, a habit to build, a skill to practice, a goal to work toward, or a one-time to do . You build a Dooly Deck of everything you want to work on and the app rotates through your deck, selecting just one Dooly for you to do each day. And you'll be rewarded for your progress along the way! WHY USE DOOLY? Whether you want to build habits, practice your skills, keep up with tasks, or simply escape the decision fatigue and overwhelm of a long to-do list, Dooly keeps it doable. By handing you just one Dooly at a time, the app allows you to feel a sense of accomplishment every single day. Every time you complete a Dooly, you’ll earn points to cash in rewards from your own custom rewards menu! RESEARCH-BACKED APPROACH Dooly was created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) using the science of behavior. Building consistency one manageable step at a time is exactly what drives lasting change. A NOTE TO FELLOW BCBAs Dooly is easy to use and low-cost, making it accessible to clients and caregivers. Work together to add custom Doolies that align with treatment goals and view progress on your client’s device or have them use the “Share Progress” feature. Recommend it to clients and caregivers as a supplement during and after services to increase skill use in naturalistic environments, support generalization and maintenance, and foster self-monitoring and independence. Plus, the rewards menu feature helps increase motivation… and fun!
