Al Mudeer App offers several innovative services to help simplify daily chores, increase security and pay service charges easily. What’s new? Al mudeer app has introduced various new features as per the needs and requirements of the towers’ residents, such as: *Common Facilities: Inquiring about the tower’s common facilities, such as the gym, swimming pool, etc. *Tower Market: Checking offers and buying different products at the best prices from vendors. The products will be divided into categories and subcategories that can be filtered depending on the user’s needs. The towers’ residents can also sell, buy, and giveaway used/unused personal products from residents within the same tower. Users can order the products and make their payments online or cash on delivery (COD) through the app. *Services: Booking daily household/maintenance service givers like electricians, plumbers, painters, pest control specialists, etc. through our application. *Payments: Checking the service charge’s invoice and overdue payments, making hassle-free payments, and requesting NOC’s. *Use digital communication: Reading the notice board, raising complaints, setting reminders, filling out surveys, finding the contact details of committee members, neighbors and emergency contacts, and arranging social groups or meetings if it’s required *Invitations: Inviting friends and family members; users can send an invitation to their guests through the app. The guests will then receive a unique passcode with the invitation, which they will have to enter the tower’s gate to get a seamless entry. This procedures saves time and is 100% safe. *Security Alerts: Raising security alerts to the guards in case of emergency.
