BMS Smart Battery è un'applicazione per smartphone progettata per connettersi ad una scheda BMS (Battery Management System) prodotta da Silidea. Attraverso questa applicazione è possibile monitorare lo stato di carica del pacco batterie, consultare in tempo reale i valori di corrente, temperatura e tensione del pacco batterie, visualizzare gli allarmi e i dati di produzione del sistema. Il servizio di assistenza remota presente nell'applicazione consente di utilizzare lo smartphone del cliente come punto di accesso remoto tra i nostri tecnici ed il pacco batterie. Tramite questo servizio di connessione remota i nostri tecnici potranno collegarsi da remoto al pacco batterie per verificare lo stato delle celle, vedere le anomalie presenti e risolvere eventuali problemi. Il tutto a chilometri di distanza, semplicemente usando uno smartphone, senza bisogno di installare programmi nei PC dei clienti.
