Unki is a simple bowel movement tracker for everyday personal logging. You do not need to write long notes. Choose the stool shape that feels closest: Pebbly, Normal, Soft, or Watery. Each record is saved with the time, so you can look back later. The Today screen shows your daily count at a glance. The calendar helps you review each day, and the detail view lets you edit the time or delete a record when needed. The Trends screen shows simple summaries, including days with records, days without records, average count, stool shape mix, common time of day, and daily record trends. Unki also supports Apple Watch. You can record from your watch and review the history later on your iPhone. A watch face complication can open the Watch app quickly.
