Your geopoint does not have to be static, you can change it based on your location, and your actual location is never revealed to the public (unless you call for help during an emergency or are navigating in a private group). Search for nearby people by occupation, skills or interests. When you’re in need of help, you can send out an emergency distress call, and your call for distress will be broadcasted to users within a 24 km or a 15 mile radius. Start a private group for navigating with others, such as for family tracking, or a temporary one with friends going on a trip. Once you close the group, all data is permanently deleted. For further privacy in an emergency or in private groups, your location only updates when the app is in use, and there is no log, history or record kept of user location.
