Tashleeh Pro is a mediator "for the process of purchasing or selling car parts" between importers and consumers, whether they are companies or individuals. The main objective of the App is to facilitate and speed up the phases of the purchase process from the moment the part is ordered to the moment it arrives to the customer with our guarantee that the consumer receives the parts as fast and efficiently as possible, with the lowest prices. The operating procedure followed in the App 1. When the consumer sends an order, sends the order to all importers then Tashleeh Pro searches for the best offers with the lowest prices and offers it to the consumer to ensure the consumer gets the best services. 2. The app allows the consumer to browse all offers sent to him and has the full freedom to choose the best offer. 3. The app allows the consumer to share offers through certain social media platforms. 4. The app allows the consumer to determine the suitable payment method for them, to facilitate the payment transaction whether through electronic payment or paying when the order is received. 5. The app allows the consumer to determine the method of receiving the order whether through the delivery service that the application provides to the consumer to facilitate the order’s delivery to them as efficiently as possible or by going to the shop connected to the importer. 6- The app allows the consumer, through the application, to track the status of the order by external notifications sent to them or notification's page/ screen, or by looking up the order status. 7- The app allows the consumer to contact management any time to send comments or complaints. 8- The app allows the consumer to evaluate the services and send notes to be tracked by the application’s management. 9- The app allows the consumer to specify their own vehicle and list its models to simplify and facilitate the process of sending the orders to the importers.
