About

Pausee

Every morning I would wake up, turn off my alarm, and end up scrolling through social media. It was becoming destructive... and breaking free from this temptation wasn't simple at all. Every day I was losing an average of 6-8 hours on my phone. Some for useful things, but most in distractions and toxic habits that no longer allowed me to think, study, or feel real emotions. That's why I created Pausee: the solution that combines software (app) and hardware (Pausee card) to temporarily block the apps that distract you and their notifications, leaving only the ones you choose. Here's how it works: open the app, place the Pausee card, and block everything that distracts you. Now you're free to focus on what matters: being productive at work or in your studies, spending time with friends and family, or even just taking a walk. When you want to reconnect, open the app and place the card again to unlock everything. Remember that time is the most precious resource we have. Use it for the things that truly matter.
