Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Friendly Memories at 5.0 against Keepsake AI's 2.1. Friendly Memories also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.0). Keepsake AI's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (7 vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
