Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: 7 at 4.7 against Akerun App's 1.0. 7 also leads on ratings volume (301 vs 1) and review sentiment (36% vs 22%). Akerun App's advantage is update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
