Both are free to download. Elf Arounds sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Super Teacher sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Elf Arounds against 4.9 for Super Teacher. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Super Teacher has 3.9K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
