Al momento de recibir la señal por activación mediate la aplicación en el Sistema Centinela del Centro de Control y Mando de la Secretaría de Seguridad y Protección Ciudadana Municipal, el área operativa procederá a implementar el siguiente protocolo: * Llamada de protocolo: Se procede a entablar comunicación por medio de los números registrados. Esto permite recabar información de la dirección en donde se encuentra la persona afectada. Se solicitará su colaboración para que proporcione al operador datos de lo que sucedió o bien lo que observó, las características de personas, vehículos, armas, etc. * Envió de unidad: Inmediatamente se envía una unidad de la Policía Municipal a la ubicación indicada. * Reporte: Se genera registro del incidente en el sistema 911.
