Water affects all processes in the human body, so it is very important to monitor what we drink and maintain water balance in the body. We deliberately did not overload the application by entering various drinks. We have deliberately limited your data entry to three categories. This includes water, healthy and unhealthy drinks. We are sure that you can easily determine which category the drink you are drinking belongs to. Healthy drinks are any natural sugar-free drinks.
