About

UpRep

Features

UpRep is your gym and workout tracker for strength training, workout plans and measurable progress. Choose your workout from the calendar, complete your sets and let UpRep calculate your next target for weight and reps. Within your chosen rep range, UpRep increases your reps first. Once you reach the upper limit, your selected weight increment is added and the rep target starts again at the lower end of your range. This helps you apply progressive overload without constantly calculating your next target during your workout. SPEND LESS TIME ON YOUR PHONE • Weight and rep suggestions for every strength exercise • Automatic rest timer after each completed set • Timer for your total workout duration • Notes, equipment and exercise variations directly inside your workout • Replace or remove exercises while training • Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island YOUR TRAINING, YOUR SYSTEM • Create and edit your own exercises, strength plans and cardio sessions • Set your own sets, rep ranges, starting weights and weight increments • Schedule workouts in your calendar • Track treadmill, exercise bike, elliptical, StairMaster and rowing workouts • Add variations such as drop sets, supersets, single-arm, seated, narrow or wide SEE YOUR PROGRESS • Training volume calculated from completed sets: weight × reps • Compare volume, sets and maximum weight across days, weeks, months, years or all time • Analyze muscle groups with bar and radar charts • Reopen completed workouts with every recorded set • Estimate your 1RM using average, Brzycki, Baechle or dos Remedios formulas • Optionally connect Apple Health for steps, body weight, active energy, distances and workouts IPHONE & APPLE WATCH Follow your step progress through iPhone widgets and Apple Watch. Live Activities and clear workout information help you spend less time interacting with your phone while training. OPTIONAL ICLOUD SYNC UpRep works without creating an account. Your training data is stored locally on your iPhone. You can optionally enable iCloud sync to synchronize your exercise library, workout plans, UpRep workout history and selected workout photos across your Apple devices and restore them after reinstalling UpRep with the same Apple ID. APPLE HEALTH & PRIVACY Connecting Apple Health is optional. With your permission, UpRep can read steps, body weight, active energy, distances and workouts. UpRep only writes body-weight values to Apple Health when you explicitly enter those values yourself in UpRep. Data read from HealthKit is not uploaded to UpRep's CloudKit database and is not used for advertising, profiling or marketing.
