BIDBase Locally is a mobile version of the web app called BIDBase, designed for business that pay levy charges to participating Business Improvement District (BID) companies in the UK and Eire. The app offers functions aimed at: • Business Crime Reduction operations such as: recording street issues around ASB and low-level criminality to facilitate partnership working with the BID and local police; issuing Alerts to similar businesses in the area of ASB and business-related crime. The app includes a secure messaging service between the business user and the BID team. • Loyalty card operations such as verifying card details and recording transactions with card holders and reporting reward progress/entitlement for the card-holder, including recording all data in BIDBase. The app is designed to work with desktop BIDBase version 3.0 and above.
