Notesnook vs Keep AI

Your notes are yours. Notesnook encrypts every one of them on your device before it ever reaches the cloud — so no one can read them. Not advertisers, not us. UNLIMITED NOTES. EVERY DEVICE. FREE. Most note apps cap the free plan until it hurts. Others stop after a few dozen notes. Notesnook never limits how much you write or how many devices you sync. A lightweight, AI-powered personal CRM — for people who follow up, not file paperwork. Speak or type a quick note after any meeting, call, or intro — a client, a prospect, a contact you just met. AI transcribes it, extracts the people, dates, and follow-ups, and files everything into one timeline per relationship. No forms. No CRM busywork. For your work: + A CRM without the Salesforce tax — built for sales reps, freelancers, consultants, and founders. + Speak a note after every meeting. AI surfaces the next action and sets the reminder. + Sort prospects by who's gone cold. Reach out before they ghost. And for the rest of your life: + Remember the kid's name, the trip they're nervous about, the book they loved. + Birthday and anniversary reminders a week before, not the day of. + Show up like the friend they remember. What AI does for you: + Transcribes — dictate as long as you want, AI handles the audio. + Extracts — names, dates, follow-ups, preferences, family, gift ideas. + Understands natural language — "next Friday," "before the launch," "in two weeks." + Summarizes — every relationship on one scannable page. + Surfaces the next action — what to say, when to reach out, what they care about. The rest of the app: + Smart reminders — a week before, not the day of. + Export your data anytime — full Markdown history or CSV contacts. Your relationships stay yours. All data lives on your iPhone. Keep uses AI to summarize and structure your notes, never to store them. No accounts required, no cloud sync of personal data, no selling your contacts. Built for iPhone. iOS 18+. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
