When everything feels like it needs doing, Planscope helps you decide what fits. Capture what is on your mind, turn it into a short plan, and get one clear place to start. Your available time, energy and focus help shape the plan, and you can change its priorities whenever you need to. CAPTURE IT FIRST Save a thought, idea or task in seconds, without stopping to make a plan. It stays in Captured until you are ready to bring it into a brain dump. HOW A WEEK GOES 1. Put everything on your mind into one brain dump, in any order. 2. Get a short plan back, with the reason behind each choice. 3. Open the first task and make the first move smaller when you need to. 4. Work in Focus with one task, a timer and the next step ready. 5. Close the week by choosing Done, Parked or Removed for each task. WHAT FREE INCLUDES • Capture thoughts, ideas and tasks for later • One clear first task and the reason it was chosen • Make the first task smaller with connected steps • Focus with one task, a timer and the next step ready • Ask for another task from your plan whenever the current one does not fit • Done, Parked and Removed recorded with each plan • Up to 3 new plans each month, with 24 hours between each one WITH PRO • Keep one weekly plan and one Today plan open at the same time • Adjust a live week when your time, energy or focus changes, and review the suggested changes before accepting them • Make any task smaller, and divide a difficult step again when you need to • Return to your full Archive and older Journey city districts • Copy your last plan when you want to begin from it again • Make up to 15 plans each month HOW YOUR PLAN IS MADE Planscope uses a language model to turn what you enter into a short plan. It shows why tasks were chosen, and the priorities remain yours to change. PRICE Free costs nothing and needs no card. Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription at the price shown in the app before you buy. It renews until cancelled. You can manage or cancel Pro in your Apple ID settings.
