Log weight, body measurements, sleep, and steps in one private iPhone and iPad app, with goals that make progress easier to read. Bodix helps you log weight quickly, set goals for weight, sleep, and measurements, keep steps in view, and track body changes like waist, hips, chest, thighs, calves, or your own custom measurements. Built for a calmer daily routine: • Fast weight logging • Goals for weight, sleep, and body measurements • Sleep tracking with goal progress • Step tracking for daily movement context • Common and custom body measurements • Clear history and change markers • Apple Health sync for weight, sleep, and steps • Backup and restore when you want extra control Bodix helps you keep progress together instead of scattering it across notes, spreadsheets, and separate apps.
