ZipperTic is designed to limit the secondary market by all users identifying themselves with mobile BankID when registering and login to the app. The purchased tickets are generated through BankID, which means that all tickets are personal and completely safe. If you are unable to attend the event, ZipperTic can repurchase your ticket if there are other buyers on ZipperTic. All repurchases are made through ZipperTic. Both unnumbered and numbered seats can be sold through the system. For each event there is a shop where the promoter sells food, drinks and other products around the event. Everything sold in the shop can be picked up on site. You can buy products in the app and then pick up your purchases at the event without standing in long queues.
