Deciding where and when to meet shouldn't take 200 messages in a group chat. DChoice turns "let's do something soon" into an actual plan: start an outing, suggest times and places, vote, and once the group has decided, the plan locks into an event with a live countdown, RSVPs and directions. HOW IT WORKS 1. Create your crew and invite friends with a link. 2. Start an outing and pick the mood: food, drinks, culture, adventure, chill. 3. Suggest times and places. Everyone votes yes, maybe or no. 4. When the plan locks, it becomes an event: when, where, who's coming. YOUR CREWS, NOT AN ENDLESS THREAD Every group is a crew with its own members and outings. Home pulls together outings from all your crews in one feed: what's waiting on your vote first, then what's confirmed and coming up. No tabs to dig through — what matters now is at the top. PLACES PICKED AROUND THE GROUP'S MIDPOINT DChoice works out the midpoint between everyone going and suggests places that fit the outing's mood: restaurants, bars, cafés, activities, outdoor spots. Search by name, filter by distance, price, rating or open now, and compare results on a map or in a list. Every suggestion carries the labels a group actually cares about: fairest for everyone, closest to everyone, easy on the wallet, top rated — with estimated travel time. TIMES THAT WORK FOR EVERYONE Set your usual availability once (days and parts of the day) and DChoice suggests the slots that fit the group best. Each proposed time shows how many people are free, and the availability summary makes the right evening obvious at a glance. Late nights that run past midnight are handled too. ONCE THE PLAN IS SET A locked outing changes shape: the time and place take over the screen, with a countdown that updates itself, your "I'm in" or "can't make it", a live going count, one-tap directions and add to calendar. NOTIFICATIONS THAT BEHAVE Alerts when outings are published, locked or cancelled, plus reminders before a voting deadline. Choose which categories you want, or pause everything for an hour, eight hours, or until tomorrow. DChoice is for the group that genuinely likes each other and still can't agree on anything. Plan together. Show up together.

Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: Stark County Sheriff's Office at 3.8 against DChoice's 1.0. Stark County Sheriff's Office also leads on ratings volume (65 vs 1). DChoice's advantage is review sentiment (83% vs 50%) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 12 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

Stark County Sheriff's Office holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Stark County Sheriff's Office has 65 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Stark County Sheriff's Office's written reviews are positive against 83% of DChoice's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

Stark County Sheriff's Office ships an update every 12 months, DChoice every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
