The ability to effectively communicate with Chapter members will help us continue to develop leaders, promote brotherhood and academic excellence, while providing service and advocacy for our community. Kappa Sigma Lambda is in Area V of the Texas District, Southwest Region. The chapter seat is Killeen, TX, home to Fort Hood, the U. S. Army’s largest installation. In addition to Killeen and Fort Hood, chapter members also reside in the surrounding communities of Harker Heights, Copperas Cove, Nolanville, Belton, and Temple Texas. Being located in a military community, the chapter membership is comprised of a mixture of active duty military and civilian brothers. Hundreds of brothers have passed through this chapter since its founding while serving their tour of duty at Fort Hood. Many have chose to retire and make Central Texas their home, thus giving us a balance of civilian and military brothers.
