RAW OUTPUT, AND SHADOWIQ Merged results save as RAW (DNG), Apple ProRAW, TIFF, HEIC or JPEG — with a fallback order you control. When a lens or mode can't produce the format you picked, the camera saves the next one it can and tells you why, without ever changing your choice. The RAW is worth the wait: dramatically more detail in the shadows and cleaner blacks than any earlier version, and ShadowIQ goes further still: shadow detail with even less noise, and no need to bracket exposures any more. REMOTE CONTROL AND APPLE WATCH Pair the free Even Longer Remote app (iPhone, iPad or Mac) and control the camera from a distance: live viewfinder, full manual control, live progress, and finished files delivered to the controller. Pairing is TLS-secured on your local network; an off-grid hotspot mode works in the field without any router.
