Check your haircare products ingredients list with "Happy Curls". Either simply take a photo of the ingredients lists or write it down and we will tell if your product contains harsh surfactants, drying alcohols, silicones or other ingredients that can potentially build up on your hair. No fear mongering, safety assessment of each ingredient is done by regulatory authorities, not by us. We will simply tell if the ingredient is present or not in the ingredients list. If you choose not use this type of ingredients in your hair care regimen this app is for you! Happy Curls, just like that.

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: ELIX Access at none against Happy Curls's 5. ELIX Access also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs fortnightly). Happy Curls's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.0). On price and ads there is nothing between them.
