Sedentary reminder vs Elf Manager

The health risks of sitting at your desk for a long period of time and a sedentary lifestyle is not to be underestimated. This app provides a reminder to stand up and engage in more healthy lifestyle activities. It is made for minimum battery consumption and for extremely easy to use. You just have to open the app, set your preferences if you think it needs to be changed, and press the crown button to let it run in the background. You will receive a notification if it detects a prolonged user sedentary behavior.
