Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: ZoidPay at free against Revuto's free with in-app purchases. ZoidPay also leads on review sentiment (83% vs 68%) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.0). Revuto's advantage is ratings volume (60 vs 7). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.3 for ZoidPay against 4.3 for Revuto. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Revuto has 60 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 83% of ZoidPay's written reviews are positive against 68% of Revuto's.
