CLASSIC BOILING Pick the egg's weight, its starting temperature, and how done you want it, from liquid yolk to hard boiled. EggXact runs the Williams heat diffusion formula and reads air pressure from your device's barometer, so the cook time fits your altitude. This is the new Musto and Di Maio method to boil an egg, and it brings the white and the yolk each to its own ideal temperature.
