Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Khedawy at 5.0 against سجاج's 4.5. Khedawy also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). سجاج's advantage is ratings volume (1.2K vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Khedawy holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: سجاج has 1.2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
سجاج ships an update every 3 weeks, Khedawy every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
