Plan multi-day assignments, see absences and vacation accounts, and record hours and materials. It also includes a time clock, a calendar subscription and a wall display. No payment details and no trial period. Register your business in the browser and then use QuickQuote on iPhone, iPad or on the web. CLOCK IN AND RECONCILE HOURS Clocking in works in the app on the company network or at the entrance on a tablet with a personal PIN. Compatible Datafox terminals in HTTP mode can send bookings directly to QuickQuote. The office imports other existing bookings from a file. The view shows who is present and compares attendance with booked hours. Installers continue to book their working time on job sites. Corrections by office, boss or owner require a note and are logged. HOURS AND MATERIALS ON THE PROJECT Record working time and materials directly on the job. Check monthly hours per person and export monthly and team overviews as PDF. The office can correct hours with a reason. Job sites can be paused with a reason and resumed later.
