Perceny: Make Salons Easy for Everyone Perceny is the all-in-one platform for salons, barbershops, spas, gyms and studios. Book clients, answer every call and text, check out, get paid and pay your team, from one app built for the people who run the front desk and the chair. AI Receptionist and Percy Your AI receptionist answers calls and texts around the clock. It books, moves and cancels appointments, remembers regulars, and hands off to your team when it should. Take over any live call, guide it privately, transfer or hang up, and replay every recording. Percy, your AI copilot, answers "how do I" questions, finds openings and helps you book, right inside the app. Calls, Texts and Inbox Make and answer business calls in the app. Every text, email and call lands in one inbox with photos, voice notes and attachments. Send scheduled blasts, use templates, and bring your own number or get a new one. Appointments and Scheduling A fast calendar with smooth pinch-zoom, all-day and multi-day bookings, drag-and-drop rescheduling, walk-in queues, recurring appointments and waitlists. Breaks in business hours, staff exceptions, rooms and resources, Google Calendar sync, multi-stop routes for mobile services, and service times that learn how long each client takes. Point of Sale and Payments Check clients out in seconds. Accept cards, Tap to Pay, card readers, cash and digital wallets. Offer Klarna, Affirm and Afterpay. Take deposits with timed holds, keep cards on file, refund by item, split tickets across team members, and see exactly why a card was declined. Workflows and Automation Automatically text, email, tag clients or alert staff when someone books, misses a visit, has a birthday or stops coming in. Start from templates and set rules for the whole business. Memberships, Gift Cards, Rewards and Store Credit Sell memberships and gift cards from any client's profile, run loyalty rewards that repeat every few visits or referrals, grow through referrals, and give clients store credit they can spend at checkout. Client Management and Forms Rich client profiles with history, notes, photos and lifetime value. Family accounts, group bookings on one bill, duplicate merging, and at-risk alerts. Send intake forms, waivers and consents with photos and signatures, ready to print or save as PDF.
