Plotbook is a map of who owns the wealth around you. Open the map on your territory and every parcel is shaded by its county assessed value, with the name on the deed printed right on the property. Tap a house to see who owns it. Run AI research to find the human behind the LLC or the trust. Keep what you find as a prospect profile with contacts, career history and a wealth estimate. Built for financial advisors, RIA founders, luxury real estate agents and fundraisers who work a geography instead of a list. THE MAP IN YOUR POCKET Over 150 million US parcels from Regrid, shaded across six assessed value bands. The owner of record is labeled on the parcel as you zoom in. Tap any property for the deed owner, the use type and the assessed value. Curated high net worth ZIP hotspots show you where to start. OWNER LOOKUP Pull the people associated with an address: names, phone numbers, emails and relatives, from licensed US consumer records. AI OWNER RESEARCH For when the deed refuses to name a human. Plotbook classifies the owner as a person, LLC, corporation, trust, estate, partnership or institution, then works the right playbook for each: business registry searches for members, managers and officers, trustee lookups in county records, a mailing address pivot when the owner is absentee, and campaign donation cross referencing. It runs in the background. Start it standing on the sidewalk, put your phone away, and a push notification tells you when there is a person to look at. Every step is visible on a live timeline: each tool call, each source link, each piece of reasoning. This is prospect research you can show a compliance officer. PEOPLE SEARCH Describe who you are looking for in plain English and get people back. "CFOs at private equity firms in Dallas." "Managing directors at investment banks in New York." "Tech founders in Austin." Plotbook reads the sentence, searches professional and residential records at once, merges the same person across sources, and shows you which source each detail came from. YOUR PROSPECT BOOK Everything you keep becomes a saved profile: the best email and phone plus every contact found, employment and education history, the property, your own notes, and a four band wealth estimate covering net worth, income, investible assets and total assets. ONE ACCOUNT, PHONE AND DESK Anything you save on your iPhone is waiting on plotbook.io at your desk, and anything you save at your desk is on your phone. Sign in with Apple, so there is no new password to remember. WHAT PLOTBOOK DOES NOT DO It does not send email, dial numbers, or automate outreach of any kind. It is research. It does not hand you a net worth figure. Wealth is shown as ranges with a confidence score, because an estimate dressed up as a fact is worse than no estimate at all. It does not invent an answer. When an entity cannot be resolved to a person, Plotbook says so. It does not cover anything outside the United States. It does not charge you for AI research that fails. Wealth figures are AI generated estimates built from public and licensed records. They are not verified financial information. Plotbook is not a consumer reporting agency, and its data may not be used for credit, insurance, employment, tenant screening, or any other FCRA regulated purpose. SUBSCRIPTION Plotbook requires an auto renewing subscription, available weekly or monthly, with a credit allowance included each period for research and lookups. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Terms of Use: https://plotbook.io/terms-of-service Privacy Policy: https://plotbook.io/privacy-policy
