Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: SeaKey at none against Books Reader's 9. SeaKey also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). Books Reader's advantage is ratings volume (22 vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 8 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
