Proofn vs MyPublicInbox

Correct your mistakes forever in unread emails, group messages, and attachments when you and your recipients create free @Proofn accounts. To err is human. That is why more people prefer to email and chat on the free Proofn app. * Create your @proofn.com email account and email your contacts. Their replies will go to your inbox. * Your emails contain signup links in the signatures so others can use Proofn. * When you email their Proofn accounts, they become your Proofn contacts. TAKE CONTROL AFTER YOU HIT “SEND”- until your recipients read your email. * Retrieve and edit any unread email and/or attachment you sent to your Proofn contacts, or delete the message entirely. * Meet deadlines. Your edits won’t change the original email timestamp or its place in a recipient’s inbox. Emails are always read as original and on time. NEVER STRUGGLE- with what to write in your email again. * Recall and update private personalized notes about any Proofn contact while you email them. CREATE AND MANAGE PRIVATE GROUPS- with your Proofn contacts. * Send group messages directly to their inboxes. * Retrieve and edit any unread group message and/or attachment you sent, or delete the group message entirely. * Meet group deadlines. Your edits won’t change the original group message timestamp or its place in their inboxes. Group messages are always read as original and on time. * Only unread emails and group messages are editable and deletable. So there’s no gaslighting risk. * Effortlessly eliminate email and group messages that impede collaboration. EXPRESS YOUR TRUE SELF- make every email and group message you send more personal and meaningful. * Add PeekviewsTM-short inline video attachments that silently autoplay to your emails and group messages. * Take photos on Proofn to add as inline attachments in your emails and group messages. * Record and attach voice notes to your emails and group messages. * Add or remove inline/regular attachments and voice notes (including PeekViews) in any unread email and group message you sent. COMMUNICATE PRIVATELY AND MORE EFFICIENTLY -when you email or chat with individuals and groups. * Want to chat? Toggle chat mode. * Swipe through messages seamlessly. * Convert emails and group messages to easy-to-print PDFs. * Proofn® organizes emails by the sender's name, group name, and non-Proofn email address, so it’s easier to find the message you’re looking for. * Create new folders for related emails and group messages so they are easier to find. * Your communications are always safe with both end-to-end and zero-access encryption for unmatched privacy.
