Based on the theory of Biorhythms, this app helps you chart your four cycles starting from the date and time of birth, including Emotional, Intellectual, Physical, and Intuitive.  The theory was developed by Wilhelm Fliess in the late 19th century and became popular world-wide in the late 1970s. With MyBioCycle you can track up to 12 different profiles to see if your friends and family are in synch with you. The app displays the classic sine waves in 4 different colors, showing up to one year ahead. The overview page displays your current position at a glance and lets you know which direction your cycles are moving.

About

Check In

Features

A daily check-in that lets your family know you’re okay. Set a safety timer. If you miss the deadline, the people you’ve shared it with are notified. For living alone, getting home after a night out or traveling solo. And for the family who wants to hear that you’re okay without checking up on you all day. HOW IT WORKS Choose when to check in and share your timer with people you trust. Check in before the deadline, or send an update whenever it suits you. If your timer becomes overdue, your chosen contacts can receive a notification and follow up with you. A TIMER THAT FITS YOUR LIFE Set a timer for the journey home, a night out or a trip. Use repeating timers for a daily routine. You choose who to share with. FOR YOU AND YOUR PEOPLE A simple check-in plan for people living alone, young people heading out at night, solo travelers and backpackers. For parents waiting to hear from their children, and for grandparents and other family members staying in touch from afar. EMERGENCY NUMBERS FOR YOUR TRIP Find local emergency numbers for countries around the world, all in one app. Useful when you’re somewhere new and need to find the right number. YOUR LOCATION. YOUR CHOICE. Location sharing is optional. Choose when to share your location and who can see it. You don’t need to share your location all day to use check-ins. Start with one timer and someone you trust. IMPORTANT TO KNOW To receive notifications, contacts need the app installed, access to your shared timer and notifications enabled. Alerts and updates depend on connectivity, permissions and device conditions. Agree on what to do after a missed check-in and test your setup together. A missed check-in does not necessarily mean an emergency. The app is not an emergency response or professional monitoring service and does not automatically call for help. Contact local emergency services directly when urgent help is needed. SUBSCRIPTION Check In Pro is a paid, auto-renewing subscription. See included features and current prices in the app before purchasing. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
