Permite a los ciudadanos que lo deseen interrelacionarse digitalmente y de manera interactiva con la Administración pública de la Comunidad de Madrid, accediendo a los servicios de información y atención al ciudadano de la Comunidad de Madrid por este nuevo canal, y tomando parte de los principales servicios de Administración electrónica. Este canal supone un impulso adicional a la omnicanalidad y garantiza una mayor difusión de los servicios de atención e información que se prestan.
