ASM RSF Conference App vs Confflow Events

The use of this app is designed exclusively as an option for "ASM Remote Smart Factory (RSF)". This applies to all ASM customers worldwide who operate this remote support solution. The app cannot be used without RSF. This option is sold and configured exclusively by ASM. Communication with the app, directly from production, can take place both with the ASM hotline support and with the customer's own specialists. HTTPS connection ensures a secure data exchange. The communication itself is made possible by audio / video calls, text, chat and the sending of image files.

Confflow Events is a companion app for registered conference and event attendees. Use the app to sign in with the email address used for your registration, choose one of your available events, and keep your attendee tickets, event details, program, abstracts, venue information, and check-in QR codes ready on your iPhone. With Confflow Events you can: - Sign in with a one-time email PIN - View events connected to your attendee registration - Show one or more attendee tickets and QR codes for check-in - Browse the event program and session details - Ask questions in supported program sessions - Save local reminders for selected program items - Browse published abstracts and open available PDF links - View venue information, maps, and useful external links - Read organizer announcements - View active sponsor logos - Use synced event content when connectivity is limited - Create a networking profile with your company, bio, and optional profile photo - Use attendee networking chat where enabled by the event organizer - Report inappropriate messages or attendee profiles and block attendees from conversations Registration, ticket purchase, and event management happen on the event website. The mobile app is for attendees who already have access to an event through their registration or web account. The app does not include payments, in-app purchases, advertising, or anonymous social networking. Attendee 1:1 chat, networking profile, and program Q&A features are available only for registered event attendees where enabled by the organizer and include in-app report/block controls, server-side safety limits, and admin moderation where relevant.
