This app is a Learning Management System intended to help the user tackle all the subjects of the Philippine CPALE, and Special Professional Licensure Exams. The primary objective of the app is to enhance the knowledge and technical proficiency of the user needed to pass the licensure examinations stated above. It is desired to equip the user the required competencies for a lifelong career in Accountancy. Moreover, it also caters to the needs of students enrolled in the undergrad taking the courses, BSAc, BSMA, BSFMA, and other related courses. It is a comprehensive reviewer that covers all the topics and its details in the CPALE syllabus and TOS. It includes lecture notes intended to orient the user on the basic concepts of each topic. The app offers video lectures to augment the lecture notes for an in-depth discussion of the more complex and complicated topics of the subject. Sample problems are presented during the lectures to teach the user the application of the concepts and theories. The user can access the app and learn on his/her own pacing on a stress free environment. To test the progress of the user, the app provides interactive on-line exercises to develop the user’s speed, accuracy, and endurance needed to pass the exams. Exercises are constantly updated with fresh materials on a timely basis. The user can access the app and learn on his/her own pacing. VSUEE is the official LMS of Visayas State University and was initially implemented in 2008 for some degree programs. However, this platform is made fully operational for use in the delivery of instruction in all levels; junior and senior high school, college and graduate levels in 2020. This has approximately 2,870 Virtual Classroom, duly evaluated and monitored, and 19,000 active users sharing and learning the contents of their lessons in this platform. Moreover, VSUEE aims to deliver personalized instruction among students, since they will be learning the uploaded instructional materials at their own pace, in their most convenient and available time and place, with the guidance of their course instructors/professors.
