Baseline MX
Read full descriptionHide full description
Baseline MX is the client companion to your personal training program. Once your trainer sets you up, your week is right there: today's workout, this week's training targets, and the goal you're working toward — all in one home screen. Every workout includes clear exercise instructions and video demonstrations, so you always know the movement before you start. Log sets, and reps as you go, add a note for your trainer, and see your week fill in as you complete each session. Baseline MX is built for clients already working with a trainer through the Baseline MX training service. You can create a free account from the app; access to your program is granted by your trainer once you're set up. What's inside: • Today's workout, front and center on your home screen • Weekly training targets so you can see the whole week at a glance • A goal card that keeps what you're working toward visible • Exercise instructions and video demonstrations for every movement • Set-by-set logging with reps, and notes
