The civil code of the people's Republic of China, known as the "Encyclopedia of social life", is the first law named after the code in New China. It occupies a fundamental position in the legal system and is also the basic law of market economy. The whole article runs through the people-centered development thought, focusing on meeting the people's needs for a better life, making clear and detailed provisions on citizens' personal rights, property rights, personality rights, etc., and stipulating tort liability, clarifying the right to request and relief when rights are weakened, impaired, infringed, etc., which embodies the full protection of people's rights and is known as the "protection of people's rights in the new era" The Manifesto. [1-4] On May 28, 2020, the third session of the 13th National People's Congress voted and adopted the civil code of the people's Republic of China, which will come into force on January 1, 2021. Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: 简明日语 at none against Chinese civil code's shown. 简明日语 also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 17 months). Chinese civil code's advantage is iOS requirement (14.4 vs 17.6). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
